NOTES: Barbara Randell was co-editor of 'Architectural Design' with Monica Pidgeon during the Second World War and up to October 1953. Although the contact sheet is inscribed 1954 these photographs were taken no later than September 1953 as a cropped version of one of them appears in the October 1953 issue of 'Architectural Design' announcing Barbara Randell's resignation.
