NOTES: The Gardens Summer House was built by the estate architect, Rex Gardner, in 1929 as a temporary schoolroom for the nursery school and later served as a studio for sculptor Willi Soukop. It burnt to the ground in the 1980s but was rebuilt to the original design.

NOTES: The Gardens Office was built by the estate architect, Rex Gardner, in 1929 as a playhouse for Leonard and Dorothy Elmhirst's children but afterwards became the offices of the Gardens Manager.
