NOTES: The church of St Augustine, Watling Street, was rebuilt in the 1680s to a design by Sir Christopher Wren. It was entirely destroyed during the Blitz of 1941 and was not rebuilt. The tower was reconstructed along its original lines as part of the construction works for the new choir school, completed in 1967.
NOTES: Walter Segal oversaw with Jon Broome the construction of 13 double storey self-build houses in Walter's Way, Honor Oak Park, Lewisham between 1985-1987. See RIBA131670 for a black and white version of this image.
