NOTES: Brentham Garden Estate was laid out between 1901-1915, for the Ealing Tenants Ltd, pioneers of the Co-Partnership movement. By 1905 fifty houses had been built, and in 1907 when more land was acquired, Parker and Unwin were commissioned to lay out the rest of the estate.
