NOTES: This drawing was executed when Creed was sixteen years old and studying at Haileybury College and it was awarded a first class commendation by the Royal Drawing Society. The attached commendation label identifies the drawing as part of the Society's 'Drawings from the Great Public Schools' competition and the subject matter may be Haileybury College itself.
