NOTES: The paddle steamer London Engineer was built at Rotherhithe on the Thames in London and launched in 1818. It was was specially designed and fitted for the excursion service between London and Margate, Kent.
NOTES: The architects for the building were Messrs. Reid & Paisley. Misha Black and his associates (Bronek Katz, Kenneth Bayes) created new frontages and brand new interiors for the club.
