NOTES: The comedic performer and writer, 'Spike' Milligan (1918-2002), was invited to be one of the Architects' Journal's 'Men of the Year' for 1957. His home, an Edwardian house in Finchley, North London, was featured in the AJ, Vol. 125, January 17, 1957, pp. 107-109.
