NOTES: This drawing is from a small sketchbook serving as a record of work by Thomas Cundy between 1795 and 1820 apparently made by his son, Thomas Cundy junior, who worked in his practice and took over the practice at his father's death.
NOTES: This perspective of the model dairy farm at Hever Castle (attributed to Raffles Davison) was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, in 1908 (Bailiff's house, Dairy and Farm Buildings, Hever, Kent, number 1689). The complex is now a hotel.
NOTES: The main house at Rousdon was by George for Sir Henry William Peek and built 1874-1883, but he also designed the stables and lodges (1873), farm buildings (1874) and schools (1876) for the estate.
