NOTES: This building is also known as the 'New Mosque'. This drawing was probably produced by a local draughtsman for Charles Felix Marie Texier for use in his publications and later presented to the RIBA.
NOTES: This pre 1863 ceiling for Carrington House includes depictions of Venus and her maidens, personifications of dawn, noon, evening and night, and figures representing the Arts. Lord Carrington purchased the house in 1810 and occupied it with his son the 2nd Baron until 1863.
