NOTES: This is the Lutheran church of the Redeemer and the second Protestant church to be built in Jerusalem. It was built by the architect Paul Ferdinand Groth to designs by architect Friedrich Adler from 1893-1898.

NOTES: The church dates from 1682-96; Thurah's spire with steps running around the outside was designed in 1750.
