NOTES: In 1807 Soane was appointed Clerk of Works to the Royal Hospital at Chelsea. He supervised and carried out work on the hospital over the next thirty years.
NOTES: This rectory was designed by Pugin in 1846, but executed without his supervison. This is the kitchen chimney on the south side of the house. See RIBA154493 for a colour version of this image.
