NOTES: The QE2 was the flagship transatlantic liner for the Cunard Line from her launch in September 1969 until succeeded by the RMS Queen Mary 2 in 2004. James Gardner and Dennis Lennon were joint design co-ordinators for the liner. Lennon co-ordinated the group of interior designers while Gardner was responsible for the exterior styling and trim of the ship.
NOTES: Tanner, Wills & Ancell built the hotel for T. J. Lyons & Company Limited in 1914-16. The hotel interiors underwent alterations by George Ramon in 1960.
