Witley Court, Great Witley, Worcestershire: perspective from the south-east

NOTES: Originally built in 1655, Witley Court was remodelled by John Nash c. 1806. It is shown in this print during the time Queen Adelaide (the widow of King William IV) rented Witley Court for three years from 1843. This print is probably based on a drawing made by John Wood to illustrate an article in the 'Illustrated London News' published on the occasion of her stay there.
