NOTES: Located on a site that was formerly a railway gravel yard, this two-phase development flanking the Grand Union Canal provides 995 bed spaces and facilities that include a canalside cafe-bar and shop. The canal-side Sir Christopher France House and the eight-storey Pooley House, parallel to the railway, form part of Phase II.
