NOTES: W. T. Lamb's brickworks date back to the 19th century. The bricks are made traditionally by hand before being kiln and clamp-fired. This image was taken for a visit by Martin Charles and Dan Cruickshank looking at traditional brickmaking for use in restoration of historic buildings.
