NOTES: This is one of the images taken for 'Manplan 7: Local Government' in Architectural Review, vol. 148, 1970 July. The building housed parking for buses, staff office and amenity areas, a canteen, and a social club for staff. In 2005 it was converted into studios for creative tenants.
