NOTES: The Hot Bath was built in 1784 by Thomas Baldwin. It was taken down and rebuilt in 1798 by the City Architect John Palmer. It was subsequently converted to provide reclining baths and dressing rooms in 1830 and further conversion work was undertaken in 1888. See RIBA133639 for a black and white version of this image.
