Tabularium, The Forum, Rome: the gallery and loggia

NOTES: The Tabularium, the official records office of ancient Rome, was first constructed c. 78 BC. It was later restored and rennovated during the reign of the Emperor Claudius in c. 46 AD. It is the only building from republican times still standing on the Capitol.
