NOTES: This summer retreat for timber merchant William Todd was built around 1815-1820 and has been attributed to J. B. Papworth who was working in Cheltenham at the time. This lithograph, based on a watercolour by the artist now in private possession, shows the main buildings, dairy and brewhouse and the domed archery room and pumphouse.
