NOTES: The Queen's Road Estate was built in three phases between 1972 and the early 1990s. Phase I comprised 91 units on a three acre site between Cambrian Road to the north, Stafford Place to the south, and fronting Queen's Road. Completed in 1983, it was awarded listing building status in 2012. Phase II towards the northern end of the site (between Greville Road and Park Hill) was also by Darbourne & Darke, but Phase III was by different architects.
