NOTES: Originally called Stratford House, it was built for the Hon Edward Stratford 1771-1773 by Richard Edwin. In 1908-1909 three-storey wings (just seen) were added by Romaine-Walke & Jenkins in matching style. In 1962, it became the Oriental Club.
