NOTES: Designed by William Hill of Leeds in 1886-1890, the Guildhall was completed after his death by his son William L. Hill and C. W. Bevis of Southsea. Badly damaged by bombing in World War II, it was reconstructed by Berry Webber between 1952-1959.
