NOTES: This print appears in 'Tunbridge Wells and its Neighbourhood' by Paul Amsinck and Letitia Byrne (London, 1809). The old house on the site was rebuilt between 1788 and 1830 as a castellated seat. This building was in turn rebuilt in 1938-1939.
