NOTES: The building was designed to contain offices for the Astor Estate in Britain as well as a large flat for the family when in London. After the Astors sold the building it became offices for Sun Life of Canada and then the Accountants Hall for the Society of Incorporated Accountants and Auditors. More recently it has become the offices of a trust and an exhibition gallery.
