NOTES: This Victorian villa was probably designed by Thomas Wyatt of the Strand, a surveyor, in 1851-1852 and built in conjunction with W. Radford and F. Radford the younger. The conversion by Denys Lasdun in the 1950s provided a maisonette on lower-ground and ground floors and two self-contained flats on the upper floor.
