Church of St Mary (Marienkirche), Stralsund, Mecklenburg: the west front seen from across the Streslasund

NOTES: Largely funded by the Guild of Taylors, this brick church located on the southern shore of the Streslasund (a sound of the Baltic) was built in 1382-1473. The bulbous Baroque spire was added in 1708.
