NOTES: The Chamber of Commerce was the first of John Madin's buildings to be awarded an RIBA Bronze Medal in 1961. It consists of two office blocks at right angles to one another, linked by a shared entrance. The Chamber of Commerce originally occupied the lower four-storey wing, whilst the eight-storey block was built as offices for letting.
